mantis!

ok.. so I just went to Tongs, its a fish store here in SoCal.

anyways, they had a nice peacock mantis there for about $15... he was about 4.5-5 inches... just a beautiful little guy.

all I can say about those things is wow... I watched him devour some poor prawn that was in with him...

I really want one now for a species tank :|

How is yours shipping Matt?

I was trying to get some guys on here to send me one but they did not think they would survive the trip.

They look amazing...I have been wanting one for awhile.

I only found 1 place online with them. And they were $50. So 15$ is a steal.

The guy I am getting it from lives in Prince George so he is putting it on a GreyHound bus. It is coming in a insulated container with 24 hour hot packs. Every thing else is fine. They are tuff little buggers. Heres a awsome link with lots of info on almost everything.
