Hi, I have a dt2516 boyu protein skimmer. It has been set up for about 5/6 weeks and all it does it chuck out loads of micro bubbles and it's seriously doing my head in. Anyone have any ideas ? Also are micro bubbles harmful?

I'm not familiar with that skimmer, but it sounds like it needs to be adjusted. Bubbles should only be going into the pre-collection chamber.
Micro bubbles aren't usually harmful, but they can cause massive salt creep. I read somewhere that too high a concentration of micro bubbles can interfere with a fish's slime coat, but don't recall how, or where I read that so take it with a grain of sea salt.

The only adjust I have is the air pipe and the two outlets which control height of water. Could there be one somewhere else?
