Minimum equip new 75gal

I am in the process of setting up a FOWLR 75gal what equip do I need to start cycling?

Sand, rock, salt, water, ammonia and nitrate test kits, grocery store shrimp, small piece of cheesecloth and rubber band. Read the articles section at this site on cycling the SW tank.

Tell me about your plan for cycling? Will your tank have a sump? Overflow?
