What's the minimum size for a hospital tank? My biggest fish are flame angel, kole tang, yellow tang...all in the 2-3 inch range.

Space is at a premium where I am, so I would like to keep the size as small as safely possible. I was thinking of maybe an Eclipse 12 gallon...or possibly an Eclipse 6 if that's viable.

Thanks.

I would do no less than a 10g for a QT/hospital tank, so the twleve gallon tank will work fine ;) The 6 might work for for small fish like clowns and damsels, gobies etc... but for the fish you have, it won't work.

If your needing to treat all three fish, I would recommend no less than a 20L or a 29 or a 30g tank. Smaller tanks are fine for QT (one fish at a time), but time spent in a hospital tank (min of 3 weeks) space will become a serious stressor for those fish.
