Mixing salt

Hi, how much salt per litre of r.o water do you need?

The salt mix should say how much on it. I'd check the bag. What salt is it?

Hi, I don't have the salt yet. I was guessing most salt mix is the same? Maybe not?

I use instant ocean and it calls for half a cup of salt per gallon (US) ... amount will vary of course depending on the salinity of the mixture.

Most salt mixes are about the same when it comes to mixing. As far as the benefits they are slightly different. There is imo no one great salt mix. They all have their pros and cons.Btw I use Oceanic salt mix.
