More deaths?

I have some green chromis that I got from LiveAquaria a couple days ago. Well. they were all fine and dandy until a half hour ago. As I was feeding them some brine shrimp they started darting around like mad ceating the food and two actually knocked themselves unconscious against an object and died right after. Is this normal or do I have the best of luck with this batch from liveaquaria? Does this count as a loss within the 14 day guarantee? I don't even know how to even explain as I saw it happen right in front of my eyes.

So anyone ever hear of this happening? 8O

The only thing i've ever had this hapen to was a foot long pacu that kept hittiing against the tank so much it almost died...I moved it to a pond and it died about 30 minutes later.

And I think that might not qualify for the guarantee.
They might consider it your fault and not reimburse you.

Is your tank cycled or were you using the Chromis to cycle the tank?

dont tell them how it died, just say you found it floating
