Moving to a 75 gallon

I currently have a 10 gallon and a 20 gallon running for 6+ months. I am soon moving to a 75 gallon so I'm just wondering if there is a start up thread for bigger tanks? I know nothing about sumps or anything for bigger tanks. Any help?

Search for CcCapt's 125G build. His plumbing is pretty intense though.
