When will they reproduce or multiply I have a few different ones that are really big and I have had them for a few months and they haven't doubled yet and are they going to

Yes. There will be a time when you have too many. When is not a question anyone will be able to answer.

I have noticed when one particular type of mushroom moves in my tank there are lots of little ones that sprout out of no where it seems like.

Mine move on the rock leaving behind a small piece of there foot/base that then becomes a small mushroom. It almost looks like the base is stretching out like a leg. Kind of cool to watch. Once it starts they double about once a month and you will have a ton. Sometimes the big ones even leave behind two or three small ones.
