Mushroom Coral

I have a small blue mushroom coral that keeps detaching itself from where I want so I just let it attach itself where ever it wants. It was on my LR just until yesterday when it stuck itself to a shell of a blue leg hermit crab which had happened before. I'm thinking about just leaving it there and I wanted to know if there was any reason why not or just any other comments related to this topic. TIA.

If you can find some thin wedding veil type cloth, you can anchor it down on to a rock for a few days. maybe it'll take then. Is the crab shell still inhabited by a crab? If so, I wouldn't want it there. If the shell is empty, leave it and then you can super glue the shell and shroom exactly where you want it.
