future plans:

actinic to balance out the iwasakis
refugium
clean up the sump area
moonlighting
more rock - either live or dead, just more
more fish - thinking a six line, perhaps a longnose butterfly, who knows what else
more coral - probably just a bunch of easy crap like xenia, leathers, some lps, ricordias and zoos (maybe some montis someday)

and that's about it

you'd think that wouldn't you? he's shown no interest it it what so ever. sometimes it hangs out in a cave near one of his sleeping areas and he doesn't so much as look at it.

Great Setup! How high would you say the lights are off of the water?

thanks, about 8" the canopy is vented with 2 of those fans one would use to force air through ducting (loud, but effective)

any tips on making the canopy, I have to make one for my 110G in the next couple days before my MH's get here.

no tips since i didn't make it...in only stained it. came with the tank

but mine is made so the front folds down for feeding and such and the top folds up for full maintenance. open back for venilation, whole thing is made out of oak plywood.

that sump looks exactly like mine. nothing but the best right. those are top of line, high quality Walmart Sumps. had to run you anywhere between 100 and 200 dollars right? hahaha

haha. i think it was 8 bucks. i actually got it cleaned up a lot. i'll get a new picture up soon.
