my fish keep dieing

my reef tank fish keep dieing! i keep checking the water and it says it is fine , i changed the water just incase, and it made no difference! they keep going kinda whitish, reddish color and then they die.

What exactly are the readings of all of the essentials, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate etc...

What are you using for Salt?

How much water are you changing?

How long has the tank been setup?
