The “brightness” of the coral depends on the color temperature of the lights. The bluer the lighting the more the colors will pop.

Oh ok I was just saying cuz some of the tips started to look really bright while the others didnt

Well in another news I woke up to a really bad noice from my pump which to me was weird really weird as I got closer to look I saw alot of water on the floor but no rocks or anything tipped so I started to look around to see what happened so I placed the fish and rocks in a container while I figured it out and I found out I had a crack In The bottom excuse the mess

So this was the crack bigger than I expected, sorry for the mess it's been a pain to get it all done but I got a replacement just got home after hours of arguing with the lfs and coralife

Sorry to hear that happened. The nice thing is you can just move everything over into the new tank without starting over from square one.

Maybe put some light diffuser on the bottom before you put in rocks or sand in case it was the scape that somehow cracked it. It’ll evenly distribute the weight and keep the rock separate from the glass

I'm happy that the lfs did my guarantee exchange, I moved so quickly ppl in my house didn't know I was doing all that while they were asleep

I had some but I guess the tank wasn't leveled correctly but got that issue fixed I built a stand that was much stronger and sturdy out if 2*4 and 4*4

Where would you place the powerhead in the biocube Bellow the return or on the left side front side of the tank (kitty corner) the pump bein mid to bottom facing up in the middle of the tank or straight ahead, also what if I want sea horses

Thank you, I’m thinking of upgrading my lights on the Biocube 32 I was thinking on getting either the ai prime hd, the hydra 26hd or the kessel 160 which one will it be better, also since I will be removing the lid and there’s a can and kids in the house I was thinking of using egg crate now how much light par will I lose with it, this is not my tank but I got the idea from it

The eggcrate distorts the light, not pleasant to look at. If you're a DIY person than making a top from alluminum screen frame and clear vinyl netting is the way to go.

You could always just run it open too, I used to run 99% of my tanks that way, the one I had a flasher wrasse in was the only one I used a top on.
