Need advice on moving 55 gallon FOWLR SW tank

Hey all,
I need advice on the best way or at least tips on how to move a 55gallon SW FOWLR tank from one place to another... I know I'll need to empty some water into buckets, etc and probably put LR into buckets also... but I am really clueless otherwise... Please help

ANY suggestions and tips are appreciated...

Depending on the age of the sand bed and how well it is maintained, you might want to gauge the re-using of the sand by the smell as you remove it. I have always re-used mine but I know some that have not. I have moved mine 2x by scraping the top layer about an inch down and keeping it separate from the lower sand. Always smelled like seawater when removed though. If it smelled foul, I would not reuse it. I would guess you would be having issues now if the sand bed was too bad but I wanted to just throw that out there.
