Need Guidance!

I am new to saltwater tanks, and have had it for two weeks now. I set it up and everything is looking good, but I am seeing alot of floating debris in the water. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong!?

What kind of debris? What method are you using to cycle? Tell us more about the set up, tank size, filtration, live rock, powerheads?
