Need help 90 gal reef ready/sump to pump

Okay so I bought a used 90 gallon all glass aquarium. It came with a pro clear aquatics wet/dry sump and skimmer and gen-x mak4 external water pump.

Im
Trying to figure out the plumbing.

To my knowledge a reef ready 90 gallon tank drops 750 gph

My sump holds 8.25 gallons bio area 3.3 gallons and a total of 450 gph.

My external pump is pushing 1,190 gph with a max head of 22

I'm thinking I need to slow my pump down a lot correct or I'll run my sump dry.
