hi im farely new to salt water reef tanks. I have a 14 gallon biocube and its been up and running for about 5 months now maybe 6. Lately ive added alot of coral and it doesnt seem to be opening right. The rock is dull and isnt gaining color. Ive added purpup twice a week and i seeded coraline but it wont spread. Also the sand is turning purp brownish. I dont know what to do and i feel like starting overs the best option. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do with the coral, coraline, and sand? the hydrometers reading 1.024 and theirs no ammonia.
