ok. So i had fresh water tanks for over 10 years and Finally went for a Salt Water. Just bought it from someone i know. Its a 20 gallon tank with a Coralife low watt light. The guy ii got it from had this tank up for like 2 years. I currently only have 2 clown fish and a Pink serpent star fish that lost half of one arm during the move becuase it got cought under a rock. I have some questions and ehre they come..
1) My friend gave me a Commercial bag of "Oceanic Natural Sea Salt Mix" How do i mix this for a normal Salt water aquarium with just Serpent star fish and Clown fish per 5 Gallons of Tap water.( of course getting the stuff that takes toe clorine out of the water)
2) i have a 20 gallon aquarium already set up with fish. Im also putting up a picture so u can see exactly how i have it set up, And do u have any advice how i should set it up. Please save the picture and Draw on it where i should have what and water flow where it should point..
A) Via Aqua Canister filter UTC-3400UV, 581 GPH, 63 watts, and is made for 80-120 Gallon Aquariums.( The Suction is on the right and the water going back into the tank to the left)
B) Maxi-Jet 400---160 GPH Flow (left side and its Grey)
C) Koralia 1-------400 GPH FLOW (left side Black)
3) I cant get Bubbles to come out of the Maxi-jet 400. I have the tube inserted and sticking out the tank and the piece unscrewed. is there any trick to this?
