Need The Right Light

So what im looking for is a t5ho light with Moonlighting on it. its for a 25 gallon tank that is 24inches long, I am looking at a t5ho from fishneedit.com right now thats 99.99 with 4xbulb /w relectors. Is there a better one I could find for no more then 150$?

I hear really bad things about odyssea lights and they are the only cheap ones I can find with the LEDS but they are really cheap and I hear they just have a single reflector and arnt very good lights.
