It won't hurt to target feed him will it he is the only thing I have that will eat the silversides I bought

No, but you will wind up over feeding him. If the clowns are hosting, they will make sure he is well fed...lol

I just now have to change my ro/di resin and it's been almost 6 months and I make ALOT of water, for like 5 tanks. lol

I change the di cartridge when the tds hits 40 but I'm on well water so they burn out fast and gets expensive. Most people are good for probably 6-8 months and only need to change di cartridges out then so their is no set time line to change them for me I need to change the about once a month

How do you plant the caulerpa in your refuge I have the aragonite fine grain sand?

Stuff it in the sand, if anything, put a small base rock on top of it till it roots itself.
