New and need some help

I just recently purchased this and found a small spot in the glass. It is a 56 gallon column aquarium manufactured by marine land. Should I drain and return or does it look safe?

can't say it's safe or not safe with out a pict , but since it's a new tank I would return it just because it's a new tank and it shouldn't have any flaws to begin with.

Yes,take it back,why take a chance when you don't need.I would be worried about all the time.
