New bio cube 30gallon

I've got a 30 gallon bio cube. Started 3 days ago. Placed sand and water and sand has now settled. What's my next step? I've added a heater as well. What should I do next or add next?

add some lr and a good ammonia source to get your cycle going

than sit back and wait yup that's the hardest part
