New fish won't eat

I got a new tuxedo damsel yesterday and it won't eat today. Is that normal? It is the only fish in the 30g tank along with a peppermint shrimp, red crab and a couple of hermits. It has been swimming in the back of the LR hiding since I got it. I tried to feed it a half square of frozen brine shrimp.

Perfectly normal give it another day or two but then I still wouldn't be worried after that long. The fish needs time to adjust to the new environment.

Our angel didn't eat for 5 days when we first got him but is now thriving

Great thanks! I'm hoping he eventually likes his new home and comes out from the rocks.
