New Local Fourm, Western New York?

how does one go about setting up a new local fourm?

I suppose the first step would be to see if there is enough interest. I'm interested in a "Western New York" locality. Such as Buffalo, Niagara Falls, the Tonawandas and such. Perhaps even through rochester in there even though they're more in the "middle" of new york )

I'll set it up for ya, I'll post the URL for members to join and for you to approve them, you'll be the moderator of that particular forum. I'm gonna set it up as Western New York, if you'd like to call it something else let me know, I can edit it, also please come up with a description of your group so I can add it to the forum.
