New tank

I just got a 75 gallon tank from a friend of mine. Anyways I have no room in the house so im thinking of setting it on the back screened in patio. Was thinking of going with a shallow sand bed, lots of LR, and lots of prolifera. Then a large volitan lion, and mabye one other fish. I would like a panther, but they obviously get to big long term. I was thinking of 2 - 250 watt titanium heaters to keep up with it during the winter. Will also be running it mostly topless, with a NO flourescent. What is everyones thoughts on this?

I would consider, with fish only, about 84* to be the upper limit. I wouldn't want it to go over 82* though.
