New tank help

Hi everone.
Ive just got a 4ft x15 x20 and I have a 2ftx1ftx1ft sump. My question is what size overflow will I need to drill and what size skimmer and return pump would I need for the return.

Also I have a large canister filter could I use this as a return pump and if so what media would be best in it. Cheers.

The size of the pump you need depends on the equipment your going to run? Do you already have your skimmer, or reactors?

No not yet thought I would need to know what size overflow to do first and return pump.
