New tank (help first time with saltwater)

Hi
Im thinking about starting a reef tank, I have a tank spare already 60L or even smaller 25L.. I have experience with fresh water.
But what do i need for a reef?! Please help!

This can be a cool nano tank. You will need salt, refractometer, sand, live rock (1kg per 10litres) nano skimmer, lights, heater, powerhead. That size of tank you could probably have one clown and a cuc with some nice softy corals, leathers, zoas, Duncan, torch, hammer etc

P.s. The bigger the better but it would be a good way to start into salt
