New Tank Need Help!!!!!

Hello All
I am in a process of setting up a 110 gal. FOWLR tank. I am certain this question is asked million times.. What is the preferred substrate for FOWLR tank. How much do I need and what is the pros and cons. When should I add it to the tank. Tank is new and waiting to be cycled. I plan on using 100 lbs of LR. Can I use uncured LR to cycle the tank? Appreciate any input or links to articles about this process.

Most people use sand as the preferred substrate. By all means, use your uncured liverock to cycle the tank. As for the rest, use the link at the top of the page to view alot of different articles that might be useful to you.
