There are fish that require a colder tank, I was looking at a goby that needed a 75 degree tank.

Maybe start a thread and ask what people consider normal? I know what works for me but maybe others can shed some light on this and you can see what the average is.

By the way, unless there was a temperature swing I don't think the water temp would have killed your coral beauty.

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

I keep the tank by an A/C vent (floor type vent) so during the day it stays constint. Maybe goes up 2-4 degrees due to light.

I actually think there may be some psychology behind ordering stuff online. When it comes, you kinda forget that you actually paid for it. Like a present.

Just a thought.

I'm sitting here waiting ofr two deliveries from fedex. some more gear and fragging stuff. Wish he would hurry up already LOL

My plan is to hit the lfs after fedex gets here, hopefully they have some nice fish this week.

Also need to buy some stuff to help a firend setup her sump. lol Can you imagine, 2 months ago I had no idea and now I'm doing installations.
