New tank needs stocking ideas!

I finally started building my first saltwater tank. It's a 76 gallon half circle. I am hoping to build a refugiam for it in the next couple of weeks. My main purpose is to build a reef. I love all the corals and think they look amazing in a tank. I am curious though if anyone might have any suggestions on what kinds of fish I should put in including quantities. I know some of it is strictly individual tastes, but am curious what others might stock it with if they were doing the stocking.

Also, what should I put in the Refugium?
