Good question. I got them from a friend who works in the medical field. Other than that, I have no idea.

as long as you don't look shady, you can walk in to a Walgreen's or CVS and just ask for them at the pharmacy. That is where and how I've gotten mine. Also a good source of "baby medicine syringes" no needle, but marked so nice for dosing and spot feeding.

You can get the laser on ebay or amazon, but, they aren't cheap, you need a specified one.

You can get syringes in the bbq sauce section in groc store there used to inject meats but the needle is removable , $1.99 I use these a lot and like how they work with out clogging
