I have had my 29 gallon saltwater FO aquarium up and running with 30 pounds of crushed coral for two weeks now. Would it be ok to add about 10 pounds of live rock to make it a FOWLR setup even if i dont have live sand and just crusched coral? Thanks.

Yes, but I think it would be better to remove the CC, and add sand.

Your choice of substrate will have no bearing on the LR addition.. go for it

Six-Line is correct. If you can remove the CC, do so and replace with LS. If you can't, then go ahead and add some LR. The LR. will seed the CC.
