Newbie w/ Small Apartment/24 Gal. Aquapod

Hey Friends...I am a Newbie living in a small Apartment considering a 24 Gallon Aquapod due to the space constraints.
I was hoping to get your opinions/advice on this Aquapod or if there is a better product that would work for me.
One of the reasons the Aquapod sounded so good was that it comes with everything needed with the exception of a Protein Skimmer.

PS...I understand that the Nano Skimmer fits perfectly with the AquaPod
Again my Problem is the lack of space.

Were you planning on doing some corals or fish only? If corals, what kind?

My plan is LS/LR with mostly Softies (corals) and a few Small polyped corals (SPS).
Perhaps a very few fish much later on.
