Newbie worries.

How high is the learning curve on the plumbing part of the aquarium...Im reading about all the filters and prefilter boxes and air lines and such, I'd have to say after learning about the equiptment this is pretty intimidating. Is connecting all these systems together generally easily explained in the products instructions?
