Traded some macroalgae for a little maxima clam. It always puzzled me why they look so much more beautiful from the top than from the side.

Yeah me too! My mom took back some sps I was holding onto so her tank looks so good now. She also bought a chili monti and a rainbow goni. Getting so jealous.

Wow those are awesome! I had dwarf sea horses (hippocampus zosterae) at one point, but had to give them to an lfs because I was going on vacation for two weeks and nobody was experienced enough to keep them alive while I was gone. They are amazing creatures!

Seahorses weren't eating and one was hiding for a time and very pale. In a last ditch effort to save them, we followed the instructions that the owner of the company gave and did a 12 minute freshwater dip then put them in a 10 gallon hospital tank. This would eliminate distractions that have been stressing them out. They still wouldn't eat until we turned off the air pump. Now they're finally eating and there's still hope they'll pull through.

I wish. I'm a freshwater guy. Just can't quite make the jump when there's so many freshwater fish.
