No AC in house!! Suggestions?

So I set up a 50 gal tank in my room filled with water and substrate and ordered my live rock. It has been running for about 2 weeks now empty. The live rock will be here Tuesday but I have one problem I can't keep the water temp below 85 which I know is about 7 degrees too hot and with no air conditioning in the house I am clueless as to what I can do?!?! I looked into a aquarium chiller but they seem to cost about 600-700 dollars which is a long way out of reach for me at the time does anyone know of any other methods that have worked even a DIY chiller possibly I don't know?!?!

Run a fan across the top of the water. I can drop mine by about 4 degrees that way.

The only issue with fans is that they won't cool the tank down any lower than the ambient room temp... which, without AC, is probably pretty high. I'd look in to getting an AC, even if it's just a window unit.

Yeah it is my brothers room upstairs I have 2 tanks in my room in the basement with no issues I think he will be going with a small window unit for his room the problem with that is the type of windows the house has, he is running a 50/50 bulb on it I was mainly hoping there was some type of DIY cooling system using maybe parts off an old fridge of something and lines to run cool water through the tank and back out just wasn't sure if anyone had ever had to get creative, most likely he will be grabbing a cheap used a/c unit tomorrow I appreciate the suggestions thanks
