Not sure what this is???

Hey all my tank is only two months old and I don't know if this is just dust from my sand or some forum of algae any help.

Did you use love sand or dry sand. I used the live sand in my 20 gallon tank and had the fine silt from the sand in my tank forever. I just used my power heads to slowly blow it off my rocks or used a turkey Bastet to blast it off. Once it finds a place it will settle down.

Yah I used 100 lbs of live sand and have two sand sifting starfish and a diamond gobie
