Nova SlimPaq lighting

Anyone have any experience with this lighting? Good bad or ugly?

I'm looking to upgrade my lighting but my budget ran out loooooooong ago. Right now all I have is a single NO. According to this I could get "nearly" 120 watts for $60. I don't know - my experience tells me you get what you pay for.
