I feed that to my fish along with flake and spirulina brine shrimp frozen food. The pellet probably are their favorite the way they fight to get at them. I can't seem to drop them in fast enough. I have noticed better color in my Coral Beauty since I started feeding this. Don't know why, coincidence, maybe.
