Why I recommended a water change is because that will usually improve the water quality (hence maybe get rid of the murkiness).
The murkiness is from the ocean water. I suppose I could start using just saltmix. That would clear it up for sure.

The mucky water was the reason I asked the age of your tank.No big deal, just start using 100% man made water and you should be okay.
