Your pH is fine. You can use baking soda to raise your alkalinity, which will also slightly raise your pH. Take 2 1/4 cups of Arm&Hammer baking soda, put it on a cookie sheet and bake it in the over at 350° for 1 hour. When it cools, add that to 1 gallon of RO water.
