Aquarium Advice Apprentice
I got a tetraodon nigroviridis about a month ago thinking it was a brackish water fish (also thinking aquarium salt made brackish water) since then I've been learning TONS, but I'm still having some trouble. I thought about flushing it and opting for something easier but it's too darn cute.
Most sites will tell you what they eat, some will tell you that they will eat themselves to death if given the opportunity, none seem to tell me *how much* is appropriate. The little killer is about 2" before it's tail fan, and I've been feeding him very small amounts of bloodworms (about a half gram) three times a day, and sometimes ghost shrimp or malaysian trumpet snails (it just flips them over and eats the feet off unless they're tiny).
Other questions will inevitably follow...
