overflow size and return pump gph?

i'm making an overflow box on my 200 gal with two pipes going out to my 20gal. sump. my question is. how large should these standpipes be? my sexond question is how big should the powerheads for the two return tubes be?

1.5 inches or 2 inch is what I'd recommend

as for pumps, maybe a single mag 36 or a pair of mag 18's?

200 gallons, my goodness that's big

alright for a 200 gallon reef tank how many gph should flow through the sump? how big do the standpipes have to be to achieve this?
