I have a damsel cycling my new 20 gal SW tank and noticed a paracite simular to that seen in freshwater tanks, its small white looking I can cure these things easy in FW tanks but whats the best way to get rid of them in SW? I already turned up the heat and the fish is still eating so I don't think its too late for him.

If the tank is cycling, you should remove the fish. Instead of cycling with a fish, you should add a raw cocktail shrimp, and let that cycle your tank. Take the fish back to the LFS and let them treat it for ick. Heat will not cure SW ick, the only two proven cures are copper and hyposalinity.

perhaps I should have re-phrased it, its not a cycling tank just a new one, and I'm sure its not ick, its a paracite simular to anchor worm
