I'm pretty confused as to what you are really asking for here...if the question is can you keep oysters that produce pearls in your aquarium I wouldn't count on it.
 
From what I know it can take forever for a pearl to actually to form, if that's what you're asking. After all, they happen when a grain of sand or something else tiny gets in and the oyster protects itself from it by covering it in lots of materials. So it would take many years.
 
From what I have heard is that you have to have a lot of phyto in the tank that it will eventually foul up the water.

And oysters reproduce more rapidly
So there will be lots of pearls in around 8 years
