My tank has been cycling now for two weeks. ph is high is that normal?

Usually, IME, PH is low in a cycling tank. Are you adding anything to the sytem like Ca or Alk additives etc.?

Ditto, ph fluctuations are normal in a cycling tank but usually they fluctuate in the lower range of "normal" 7.8-8.4.

What salinity is your tank and have you verified it with another source?
