Alright I counted KH at 38. So I take it the dhk is 9.9 or 10.2? How would I calculate my ALK readings now? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!...LOL

Poor O2 exchange will cause your pH to be low. Open top is always best on a SW tank. More surface ripple will help. Your skimmer injects air into the water which will help your pH as well.

Crap that's the problem the cover!!!!!! I read somewhere someone was having the same problem with a cover and there PH. And it turn out to be the cover.... ZIGGY.... 
... Well I will remove my cover in the next couple of days soon as my new lighting system arrives.....Thanks

Well since removing my cover and doing a water change and adding my new lighting system my PH levels are stable again up at 8.2 & 8.4 PPM. Thanks everyone for all your help and Support...

Yeah, if you kept that cover on, you would have heat issues....like your other post!
