phos-buster ??

i picked up some new stuff called phos buster from my lfs the other day. It clams to remove high phosphates and is safe for fish and coral. I bought this since i have high phos and my tap water has really high phos. I have planned to use this in my tank to remove my phos from my tank and a filter to prefilter my tap water and end this phos supply in my tank. so has anyone used this or have pro or con or does someone have a better idea what to use to get rid of my high phos ???
