Phosphate Nitrate Reducer

I have a 90 gallon tank that has high phosphate and nitrates as of late. Tank has been set up for 7 weeks. My phosphate is .08 and my nitrates hover around 20 but never go higher. The day after I do a water change my nitrates still seem to be about 10. My water clarity has always been very crystal clear however last night I added Red Sea NO3O4-X Biological Nitrate and Phosphate Reducer and today my water seemed a little cloudy. I have not done a water test tonight but was curious if anyone uses this product? Any thoughts? Its not super cloudy by any means I would just say cloudy by about 15% more than normal.

It may be a bacteria bloom where the red Sea stuff is starting to kick in

phosphates and nitrates are high
when I had that issue I did 50%wc back to back than 20%wc daily till they were gone
once you get it under control they sell products that will help keep your phosphates in check
