Phosphate Out reactor media leaked into tank HELP!

Hi everyone,
I just recently set up my reactor with a phosphate out chemical media. Some of the media got sucked up the tube into the tank and has slightly covered my sand bed. Is that harmful to the fish if inside the tank? I have a diamond goby that sifts the sand but it doesnt look like he ingests it. Will this be a problem or should I siphon the sand out to remove it immediately?
Thanks for an advice!!!!

It shouldn't be harmful, but I wouldn't want my fish consuming it. With diamond gobies being sand shifters, I'd want to siphon out what spilled into the display with some airline tubing.

Thanks. It's going to be hard to remove it all because it is so fine .. I may just suck up all the sand on that side and add new sand to be safe. I watched him sift it already but spit it out so I don't think he will actually ingest it! I just didn't know if it could possibly make him sick with trying to eat it.
