Please define "meaty" foods

I have been browsing websites and magazines while waiting for my tank to cycle. Just trying to get a feel for what might get along together and stuff like that. Anyway, I have seen references to (whatever) liking "meaty" foods......I know what works for this in FW, but what works in SW scenario?

Meaty foods would be squid, shrimp, sliver sides (a form of small saltwater "bait" fish).

Basically raw seafood would be meaty foods for saltwater. I belive bang guy has a great fish food recipe that involves shrimp, scallops, and a few other forms of natural food.
